Paper accepted at EMSOFT 2020

Our paper titled "Distributed Decision-making for Safe and Secure Global Resource Management via Blockchain: Work-in-Progress" by Gautam Gala and Gerhard Fohler has been accepted to appear at EMSOFT: International Conference on Embedded Software 2020 and in the ESWEEK proceedings.
