Contents:
The seminar deals with emerging topics from the field of intelligent systems with cognitive abilities and microsensors/MEMS-technology. In particular, research topics from the fields Organic Computing and Ambient Intelligence are in the focus of the seminar.
Further topics of interest:
Additonal up-to-date topics will extent this list every year. Survey talks will be contributed by members of the Institute of Integrated Sensor Systems and, if feasible, by invited guests. Seminar participants will elaborate seminar presentations and documentation for suggested topics.
Readings
Up-to-date references and readings will be recommended along with the topics at the beginning of the seminar.

Basics in signal processing, electronics and sensors

Examination:
Collection and study of state-of-the-art references for a given seminar topic. Compilation of a report and presentation (20 min. slide presentation), followed by discussion, and assessment in the oral examination.
