Prozessüberwachung und Fehlerdiagnose

Mit der erhöhten Komplexität und der steigenden Anforderung an die Verfügbarkeit technischer Systeme gewinnt das Thema des Plant Asset Managements in der Industrie stark an Bedeutung. Dabei leisten die Prozessüberwachung und Fehlerdiagnose einen wichtigen Beitrag. Der Einsatz von moderner Überwachungs- und Diagnosetechnik tragen dazu bei, Abnormalitäten im System frühzeitig zu erkennen und Zustandsinformation für vorbeugende Instandhaltung zu liefern. Modell- und datenbasierte Methoden zur Fehlerdiagnose werden entwickelt, um die Leistungsfähigkeit der Diagnosesysteme zu erhöhen und den Entwicklungsaufwand zu reduzieren.
